Coming to you, new in English and for free: The documentary about the Men’s World Floorball Championship 2022 is now available for free on YouTube including English subtitles. Floorball Deutschland published the documentary in May of this year.

Accompanied by a small film crew during the Men’s World Championship, the 75-minute film with the title „Chasing the top 4 – the way to the top“ shows the national team during their last training camp before the World Cup and follows it throughout the entire World Cup. Game preparations and the assessment of the opponents are shown as well as never-before-published insights such as team meetings, the preparation of the dressing room and the team in its free time. The players also explain how their circumstances and conditions currently are, and how they’ve developed in a sport which is not under the top paid sports. Being ranked sixth of the World, Germany`s ambition is to close the gap to the well-known “Top 4”.

Packende Einblicke in die Herren-WM 2022

Es gibt Neuigkeiten: Die Doku zur Herren Floorball Weltmeisterschaft 2022 ist ab sofort umsonst auf YouTube verfügbar – inklusive englischen Untertitel! Floorball Deutschland hat die Dokumentation im Mai 2023 veröffentlicht.

Das Nationalteam der Herren wurde während der Weltmeisterschaft 2022 in der Schweiz von einer kleinen Filmcrew begleitet. Der 75-minütige Film mit dem Titel «Top 4 im Visier – der Weg naCH oben» gibt Einblicke in das letzte Trainingslager, die Zeit an der Weltmeisterschaft. Außerdem gibt es exklusive Behind the Scenes von den Spielvorbereitungen, Teammeetings, die Vorbereitung der Kabine und das Team in ihrer Freizeit. Auch die Spieler kommen zu Wort und erklären, wie die Situation in einem Sport ist, der nicht zu den bestbezahlten gehört, und wie sich darin entwickelt haben. Das Ziel des Teams – zurzeit auf Platz 6 der Weltrangliste – liegt darin, die Lücke zu den berüchtigten «Top4»-Mannschaften zu schliessen.
